After starting work in the Residential Construction Field back in 2006 right at the cusp of the Residential Housing Crash of 08' and realized it was quickly going nowhere. My company decided it was time to drastically change gears. Not exactly the way I expected to start my new career in Construction almost 20 years ago! But with determination and grit to get better projects through adversity we decided it was time to make the drastic switch to Government and Public Works Projects. It was  hard work and took a really long time to figure things out without proper guidance- but once we got the first School District and City projects I knew we had something going. Years in and over time, contractors and peers approached me often, asking me how I was getting hundreds of thousands dollars worth of contracts-they just couldn't believe it. I've always loved to help others and over time shared trade secrets. I realized my mission was bigger and that there was a need to help others in pursuing generational success for their businesses and families. 

Today, I use the years of hard lessons I had to go through to get contracts to help Construction Contractors achieve the possible by helping them save time in learning the in's and outs of how to obtain City, County, School & State Projects through simple language & tools designed to help the day-to-day regular Joe enter the Public Work and Government market in a reasonable amount of time.
